Wild Life
Some of the challenges we will have to face are the animals that run FREE. Snakes, venomous bugs, Wild and Aggressive Dogs and then there will be the some people. you have to love all that stuff.
Weather
That is another thing we have to face. From scorching heat to frigged cold. Rain, snow, hailstorms, thunder storms, there are too many things to list hear but there is a lot of things weather can do to make this hard.
Food and Watter
There is no way we could carry all the food and water needed for this trip. We will have to buy as we go, or get it donated to us. We will only have at the most 14 gallons of water with us at any time about 5 days worth. Food about the same in rations. Good thing Desmond has survival skills and training for that one.
Sanitation and Safty
Updated 1st aid training is a must. We are working on setting up the safety system right now. This is a area of constant work and never will be done. Restrooms will not be available at all times. We will be using pack in pack out. (All trash will be kept with us tell we can dispose of it the right way. including DOG POOP 1st aid kits will be built for all of us (Athena too the dog)

I would like to tell you a little about are plans. We plan on walking from Homestead Florida to Seattle Washington on 01/03/2014. We plan on doing this to raise money for Easter Seals, Breast Cancer, And Search And Rescue awareness. This triple take us approximately 6 to 7 months. We will be walking according to the way it is mapped out presently 3,559 miles. We would like to be earning $150 per mile for this trip. We need Your help in making this a SAFE event please donate if you can.
